Tastes Just like Humans

Get this... Mark Nuckols, who is a student at Dartmouth, has begun selling a tofu-like food which he brilliantly calls Hufu. What makes this unique is that it is flavored to resemble the taste of human flesh. His target audience is those who already enjoy cooking with tofu, as well as any actual cannibals who might settle for artificial flesh in order to avoid legal problems. Nuckols said he has never tasted human flesh but based his recipe on cannibals' reported descriptions of the flavor. And he got into Dartmouth. Freaking Dartmouth.
But my main question is this... what makes you think of this. I mean do you wake up one day and say "Today I am going to replicate the taste of human flesh and I shall use..... TOFU?" I mean how do you think of this? And why? Seriously why???
