Explain This To Me...
Ok get this... in the state of Kansas boys can marry at age 14 and girls can marry at age 12 with parental consent. But if you marry and have sex then you or your spouse can and will be charged with being a pediophile. Hello why would you get married unless you wanted to have sex? I mean seriously did they not think that married people maight have sex?
While I am at it, does anyone actually believe this "cool mom" crap? The story she has is that she had sex with several of her son's high school friends because she was uncool in high school and now she wanted to be a cool mom. Yeeaaahhh. That's definitly why older women sleep with high school boys. Why am I glad my isn't coool now?

That is ridiculous! I was just reading yesterday about state laws and mandates that are exceptionally stupid. The sad part is that someone had to have made these laws from experience. In regards to this law I think it is a matter of lawmakers not thinking far enough ahead. You would be shocked (or maybe not) at the number of laws that are in direct contradiction with other laws...if that doesn't inspire confidence in our lawmakers I don't know what does :-)
